Look at the silver-gray El-Camino-like vehicle right next to it. I thought that was what you were refering to. It has a Mercedes front end and a Camry rear taillights.

And Carfan94 is correct......that black car next to it is a Pontiac Bonneville.

To me it doesn't look like they used different cars to create one, but rather they took an existing older Mercedes and chopped/moved the roof. I'm not getting the Camry taillights. Those look like standard issue Mercedes tails to me.

Whatever it is, it's wild.
