This one shouldn't be too difficult. At time of its production, it was THE most expensive new car available in the U.S. short of a Rolls-Royce....and, like the Rolls, hand-built.

That speedometer above the aluminum gauge-pods was quite unusual.....it used red fluid in a horizontal glass tube, which moved to the right the faster you went.
This was a car that I did not particularly like at all. I test-drove one, and it had a boring, blah, somewhat unpleasant feel to its interior, design, steering, and general road manners....completely without any personality.
Hint: I know in the side view it looks like a Renault 9/Alliance, but it is NOT an Alliance.
