what cars are these?

1967 Toyota 2000GT, a very pretty car with styling inspired by the Jaguar E-Type. They built a couple of open top versions for the Bond film, You Only Live Twice, as Sean Connery was too tall for the standard coupe version and his head comically stuck out of the top of a targa model they tried.

But I hated the way they made the Tucker car out to be a thrown togther rush job made of junk yard parts- that part of the movie had an agenda. IMO
Subtle hints they deserved to go out of business competing with "the big 3".

Tucker did not deserve the trashing he got. He was, in fact, the target of an orchestrated smear-campaign on the part of not only the Big 3, but of Radio-reporter Drew Pearson, back during a time when people believed the press without questioning them, and reporters had enormous influence. His revolutionary car, in fact, incorporated many new safety-features that were unheard of in the 40s and 50s. Most of them eventually ended up being standard in new vehicles......decades later.
