That's actually how I found it. I didn't recognize the car specifically, but knew it was one of the oddball (and awesome) mid-engine hatchbacks like the Renault Clio V6, so a quick google search turned up this article: Here are ten of the best mid-engined hatchbacks.

Nice job with the 2000 GT guys!

Another movie car, just not this representation of it. Guess the movie as well as the car?

1948 Tucker Torpedo. I did a write-up on one not that long ago.

I think (but am not 100% sure) that the name of the movie was "Tucker".

Good movie, really enjoyed it.
But I hated the way they made the Tucker car out to be a thrown togther rush job made of junk yard parts- that part of the movie had an agenda. IMO
Subtle hints they deserved to go out of business competing with "the big 3".

Tucker did not deserve the trashing he got. He was, in fact, the target of an orchestrated smear-campaign on the part of not only the Big 3, but of Radio-reporter Drew Pearson, back during a time when people believed the press without questioning them, and reporters had enormous influence. His revolutionary car, in fact, incorporated many new safety-features that were unheard of in the 40s and 50s. Most of them eventually ended up being standard in new vehicles......decades later. For more details, see my write-up.

A modified 1959 Cadillac, but I don't recall the film.
