11 total plus we took this opportunity to refill all the storage cans/tank as well so it's fresh. Some were mostly full though, others near empty

It's not too bad plus I only did 6, my dad did his 5 and we both have nice gas stations at Krogers near our houses. We just text back to our respective wives to light up the next car so it already has oil pressure when we start back with the current one.

Took about 40 min total with around 5 more min for me.

Nice. I’m too lazy. I only fill up very very early in the morning at 6 AM or later in the evening.

I'm liking it but my 3 silver cars are all special for different reasons, the W12 doesn't do everything as well as the 460 does and the truck is just violence incarnate.

You are going to be kicking yourself when it's even cheaper next week.

It's the 03 in my signature with the 6.8L supercharged small block, it was my first car and largest project to date. The engine alone cost more than the W12 I just bought

700ish AWHP, 650tq from 1200-5250 rpm at the wheels. Crank is over 800hp, mine is similar to the below but I have a different head unit and I opted for a different ring package that I had one-off made to reduce drag as much as possible and I also have an oil accumulator and way more aggressive PCV system. I also have a main girdle, oil crossover to balance the top galleries, extra machine work to the crank to fully relieve stress, and offset rod centerlines and triangular rod tips with matching pistons to make certain the load bearing area is as large as possible. I am also intercooled and using methanol injection from a remote tank in the bed. This is why I always say 1000hp is really not that hard.....I'm doing near that with a 50s tech level engine.

The truck is pure comedy, there are not assists outside ABS but it doesn't work if you really put your foot down since I have a hydraulic booster system since the vacuum signal is too weak to run brakes. It's obscenely loud, as in if started you can feel it from the other side of the house in the basement as a pressure wave. The whole truck shakes way too much to the point the mirrors are useless at idle, and get's 7-9 mpg and doesn't have enough gearing to get over 167 mph.

I love the thing. Issue with it is a blew so much money buying parts on top of my 140 labor hours that I ran out of cash to pay for body work to finish the project before life happened and I had to spend on boring things like a house etc....I'm slowing trying to build up the 60k I need to have the bodywork done how I envisioned.

Watching Lost World Jurassic Park on Showcase. (Back when Spielberg was good). Anyone remember the product placement of the Mercedes ML320? I liked this car. Body on frame?

I never understood why MB went away from the name ML

Yes, the original ML320 was body-on frame. I'm not sure about the later versions.
