For bmw and mb, with a device and app you can set it to remember last setting. So it will stay in the driving mode you like. It also allows you to turn off *** and some other stuff. Is there such device/app for lexus?

Nope. It's annoying as hell.

Both my Audis stock would keep all settings except for ESC and sport shifting, I'm surprised BMW and Mercedes doesn't do so as well.

^^^^^^ Is that your plate? Blocked-out or not, It appears to be a year out of date.

Virginia, BTW, also has a similar Chesapeake-friendly plate design.

Yup, somehow I didn’t notice that until today. I just renewed it…

That’s actually the old MD bay plate, my car has the new one.

Saw a brand new Tundra pulled over flashers on hood up on the side of the interstate about 10 minutes ago.

surprised states still use the license plate stickers, they stopped it here in lieu of windshield stickers due to thefts

Illinois puts both a unique serial number and the actual plate number on its stickers. So it would pass muster at a distance, but not if inspected at a traffic stop.

PA stopped using plate stickers too due to theft, but they didn't replace them with window stickers. We have no stickers at all now.

they keep it so it’s easier for the cop to pull expired over. I remember when I first moved to Cal. I got pulled over because I had my old state plate that doesn’t require sticker. The sucker decided to give me a ticket for not changing plate for longer than they allowed. It must be because you know what.

Those small square date-stickers are virtually impossible to pull off and steal if they are made and applied correctly.

Oh yes it happens a lot. I would think a sharp scraper/exacto knife would do no issue. Every time I put a new one on, I used a knife to cut it into pieces.

and yet people steal them all the time. in Philly, they would just snip the corner of your license plate off to get the sticker.
