Tesla has this ability and it's one of my favorite things about the app. I can see the interior temperature from the app and then set the climate at the desired interior temperature (I normally do 63) and it'll activate the climate control and the app alerts you when your desired climate is reached. My interior cooled from 100 degrees to 63 degrees in about 5 minutes earlier this week. It's awesome getting into a nice cool car.

At least for mine (which granted, is two generations old), in the markets where it's the default function for that button, it's labelled "REST" just like in Steve's picture. Not sure if that's still the current nomenclature.
Mine is labeled "ALL" because by default it enables and disables the dual-zone feature:

My Benz has a Rest button, I hit it once while parked when I shut the engine off but it didn't do anything. I know Mercedes cars but I never quite got just exactly what that does.
Nope. Those colors never go out of style. I'm not a fan of traditional beige interiors but they look nice. A black interior is just fabulous, like a tux.
I don't hate that Lexus blue but it would be the baseball glove light brown interior on my LC, no question not even for a second lol. The exotic looking brown colors I love.

Actually quite nice!
Test drove the Maybach they had in stock after they asked if I wanted to, it's nice to have the chance to try these out.
TTV12, shockingly not as smooth as my W12 and the car overall is nowhere near as responsive or poised. I didn't expect it to be but still.....my dad loved it and may buy this car.
I love how Mercedes does their top audio option, I prefer a suede type headliner but the Napa is still extremely nice.
Also had a salesman drive us both around a bit to inspect the rear seat arrangement, surprisingly this car lacked massaging, memory, and the HVAC/interface upper cluster. I don't like having to reach so far to get to the controls....
I also looked a 6 cyl W222 over and two W223s, I was not too impressed by a base interior W222......way too much plastic

@Striker223 How fast were you able to get the Benz V12 up to? Not a fan of the SL leather. Looks red/orange

The 6 cyl W222 only has the basic leather standard, and that interior feels very cheap IMO, need the Napa options which are standard in the 560.
That kalahari gold paint is hideous IMO

Is that the matching orange peel interior upgrade? Does it come with an orange scented cabin atomizer fragrance?

I love my interior fragrance atomizer thanks lol
Does your Lexus come with the Corolla plastic dash panel upgrade? Or the low performance transverse Toyota engine upgrade? Hope so lol Nothing says luxury to me like driving a car that shares an engine and suspension with a $29,000 Camry! They absolutely do have nicer paint though, I will give them that.

Nothing terrible about any of that, they are just mediocre mainstream transportation. They do it very well, I just want way more out of a car than that. If you’re happy with that and reliability is your big thing then that’s great.
As for rather than a base Mercedes, depends on what we’re talking about. A FWD GLA or A Class or GLB? Definitely. A C Class or GLC or something on a proper platform? No way.
