That’s awesome!
MB dealer emailed me. They have their first 2024 GLSs in stock, swung by to take a look.
The one on the left is a 23, one on the right is a 24. Honestly I like them both, if it weren’t for the CarPlay thing I would swing a deal on a 23, prices went up about $3k
Here is is without the AMG sport package. Not bad.

Yeah I will get the AMG package.
Yeah I wouldn’t choose that cement color. I actually really like them in the Diamond white my S560 is.

Normally I would say that the hot-selling gray and bluish-gray Cement shades are just a temporary fad. But, given the continuing obsession we've seen in the industry for years now with neutral gray/silver, black, and white shades, I'm not so sure, so I'm not going to make that prediction.

I’m sure I could get a great deal on one of the 23s.

Let me ask everyone how they feel about HUDs.
All my cars are old but the new Yukon has it. I don't drive it much but I always turn it off when I do because it's distracting. If I were sensitive to nausea it would make me sick or nauseous.
That's a shame because in theory, it's really neat. There are several different modes, and it's in color.

i like hud for showing me upcoming nav turn so i don't have to look away at a screen or hear audio directions.
i also like how it shows me the speed limit and my speed.
yeah, i like hud. both my cars have it.
my hyundai one can't be seen if i wear polarized sunglasses. my lexus one can.

I love the HUD, my wife can't stand it. So the one in my car stays on all the time, while the one in my wife's car gets toggled depending on who's driving. Luckily it's just a single tap on a **** to the left of the steering wheel.

We have HUD in both cars and leave them on all of the time. After the initial adjustment, which didn't take long, I forget that it's there until needed for nav instructions in unfamiliar areas, speed limit etc. and then you can just glance at it. Very subtle.

Yeah this is on her Q7, which is a 2018 so it does not have driver profiles. Only a few settings are tied to the key. So far I have been the only one to drive the M3.
