For good reason. A lot of what he pushed required compromises elsewhere. Most of his most famous pet projects had poor reliability, poor sales, or in some cases a mixture of both.

I will say when we travelled for Thanksgiving we were both surprised by the lack of traffic (we travelled on different days). Coming back traffic was horrible.
