C63 never makes sense to me. I always wonder who would buy this one new. Anyway... I heard this about iX. You can not open the hood... It can only be opened by BMW. When they work on these cars and need to open the hood, they also clear out the surrounding spots for potential hazard. Is it true? If this is true, I personally wouldn't want to be in a car like this or have it in my garage.

Same is true of the EQS, only the dealer can open the hood.

Speaking of the iX, I finally saw one in the flesh. Compared to pictures, in real life it looks less bad. In black. In a dark garage.

Let's test that theory. Still ugly.

"Less bad" is not very reassuring. It looks like it has unpainted plastic along the sides, is that just a reflection?

I saw one today and, uhh... Like how did this thing get to production. Not even gonna put a question mark since so many things nowadays are somewhat beyond belief.

What’s worse is the inside. Imo outside isn’t bad. Inside is a disaster. The display is the worst part. The only nice things imo probably are the space and panoramic roof.

This makes the second one I’ve seen. This is my favorite EV. Not crazy about the white on it though.

Haven't seen one yet in the Bay Area, I'm guessing I would need to go to SoCal to see one

I posted in the HUMMER thread when I refused delivery. I actually didn't like it at all after experiencing it person. Cheap interior and it felt absolutely ponderous, which makes sense given its weight.

Not that long in person. It's "big" though.

I meant to add in my OP about seeing that, I would take a completely loaded Tahoe/Denali and especially Escalade over this without thinking twice, for even a fraction of a second. I just like that it's so ridiculous, I think this is the EV that people on the other side of the aisle will flock to, and it makes sense that I've seen some because there's a lot of that demographic here. Just saying, that's my guess. Not starting anything political just making an observation. Also, SUVs are huuuuuuge here.
