As a recent new owner of the top luxury brand Genesis and the lowest luxury brand Polestar, I can tell you that I'd happily buy from either brand again. Yes, the Polestar had 1 initial paint defect, quickly resolved by the dealer or "space" and one instance where I had to do a reset of the infotainment system, and one area where the reverse auto brake was overly aggressive, but that has since been tweaked with over the air updates. So there are my 3 problems that their score works out to.
Poor or great performance on IQS is hardly a brand consideration booster or killer. And the gap from best to worst is largely negligible in the real world.
