The wheels are supposedly falling off the bZ4X but are they really? Is something else going on? When is the last time any Toyota had issues with lug nuts/bolts and wheels falling off I'm going to say never. All of sudden they forgot how to make the most basic part of the car?
In case you can't tell (you can) it feels like a conspiracy by Toyota to delay moving to EVs.

Toyota has showed off all of their EVs that are coming, I think 15 models at least . I don’t care for them because I have no interest to charge any car….but they are all there. I like none of the so far.
Hyundai has done the SAME thing in China. All of the manufacturers do it.
but back to Toyota bZ3….Toyota will build cars for specific markets…they always have and they are best at doing it

Outsourcing the design and production to a Chinese company of what should be the most important vehicle in their entire portfolio at a time when EV adoption is skyrocketing is another one of the many reasons why I feel like Toyota is not taking EV's seriously at all.

I think you missed the point. Toyota is having a Chinese company (BYD) design and build an EV for them that they are slapping their badge on and may potentially export worldwide. Hyundai isn't, period. Anything they sell in China is designed and built by Hyundai and their factories, even if it is exclusive to the Chinese market.
Outsourcing the design and production to a Chinese company of what should be the most important vehicle in their entire portfolio at a time when EV adoption is skyrocketing is another one of the many reasons why I feel like Toyota is not taking EV's seriously at all.

You are contradicting yourself in your own post. 
The matter of fact is that Toyota doesn't own half or any part of BYD as you insinuate, and this is nothing more than a joint venture for Toyota to slap their name on a BYD-derived EV.

This car is made by Fudi Industrial, a subsidiary of BYD. Toyota has no ownership stake that I'm aware of.

That's the name of the joint venture. The components of the vehicle are still entirely made by BYD, which Toyota has no ownership stake in. Once again, Toyota has no part in the design or engineering of BYD's motors or batteries or platforms which existed well before the venture. This is once again, the exact same relationship BMW and Toyota had when they made the Supra.

Toyota does not have a 50% stake in BYD as you originally claimed. BYD is part of a joint venture with Toyota.
You did. When I mentioned BYD, you claimed Toyota had a "50/50 stake/partnership" in the company:
