I saw one outside by my local dealer. Definitely looks smaller compared to the last generation. That nose looks like it will be collecting a lot of dead bugs on the highway.
my lc500 has one too. i've decided i like the nostalgic touch.
Haha. Why have a good stereo if you can’t play a CD

thanks. I think the MDX looks fantastic. Interior I hade no idea. But my bet is the interior of the Acura is better built

I think it is the design. Not the assembly point of build

It definitely feels roomier inside. The packaging is well done.

I didn’t know that.
such a disappointment there is no door sill protection. It looks so much more classy
An earlier post mentioned that there is a flashing red LED that indicates that the car is locked. I don’t think so. Mine flashes even when unlocked. I think this indicates the car has an active security system that is working properly. As opposed to rapid flashes or no red indicating a problem with the security “immobilizer” system.
And that while the position might be new, this is a long-old Lexus feature that I remember from my prior Lexi of the 1990s and 2000s. I will add, however in surveying my condo garage, none of the following have any red LED, flashing or not: four 3rd Gen RXs, one 4th Gen RX, one 1-2 year old NX (might be either Gen 1 or Gen 2) and a 4-5 year old ES. But Googling this, there was a time when many (all?) Lexi had this, as I remember.
Edit: All of the Lexi that I referenced above DO have the flashing red LED, but it’s in the dash. I took a better look. The flashing red LED is a longtime Lexus thing. The only new thing is the “can be seen from outside the car” position.
I started seeing these things on the road recently. Yesterday I saw two on the opposite side of the road. One turned right in front of me. Anyone feels this thing looks smaller than the 4RX? I checked the numbers and they are about the same or a bit higher on the new one. But it sure looked smaller. And the back resembles the NX a bit too much?
