I'm not sure that's something to brag about. It means California overtaxed their citizens / businesses by a staggering $75 billion dollars. I certainly hope California gets their act together. I am tired of seeing so many Californian refugees fleeing to Texas to get away from the anti-business policies, high taxes, and high cost of living.
