Default Volkswagen Arteon axed for 2024

It'll apparently be replaced by the ID. Aero EV.

VW made no effort to advertise this model at all, so no surprise.

The Arteon was a surprisingly potent vehicle, and probably the closest thing we ever got to the European version of the Passat.

I seen a few here and there. Always have to glance at it because it was nicely sculpted.

Wow that's laggy, the massive gap between spooled and rolling shows that....

In comparison, I'd say, Yuck to the ID Aero.

I've only ever seen 2 maybe 3 in the wild since 2017. Good looking car, but it never caught on.

To be fair 2024 sounds like a normal model run, from 2017 to 2024 is a pretty long production run (from 2019 for the US tho) That said, the ID Aero looks horrid.
