Agreed. If they had done an evolutionary refresh of the previous gen's styling, with this interior, and kept the 2.0T as an option, this would be the best entry in the segment by a country mile.

As it stands, it's utterly forgettable, and barely competitive.

I think it's unforgettable. It is just awful.

Also back then it had a 200 horsepower VTEC 3.0 V6 that was silky smooth, my friend had one when we were way younger and I remember how nice that engine was.

My wife has a current gen Accord Hybrid, and I like it. Works a little different than most hybrids. Almost always powered by the electric motors. No transmission. Huge range, I think 600 miles, and no recharging/range anxiety.

It might make the list again. In their initial write up on the new Accord C&D says it's the "best looking Accord ever" and they praised the interior. The jury is still out on losing the 2.0t but the 1.5t hybrid might make up for some of the power loss.

Once someone gets used to a range like that. Very hard to accept anything less.

This is really not attractive. Hopefully it looks better in person.

If nothing else, it's big. Those 19's look tiny on this car.

Yep. And range can go from 0 to 600 in about 5 minutes at one of dozens of stations she passes every time she goes somewhere, although I usually fill up for her at a station 2 miles down the road. We fill it up about once every 3 or 4 weeks unless we do a road trip in it. No dealing with plugging in. No adding plugs in the garage. Easy peasy hug and squeeze me. No way she would deal with all the charging crap.

Just make the gas tank a tiny bit bigger and you would get 700 miles to a tank. Add in new up to date Hybrid components and you would get 800 miles

I didn't like the current gen that much as I did as the previous 9th gen, but I think this looks better now . I'm surprised no one has mentioned the rear looks like the Toyota Mirai and Audi A7 combined unless I missed it.
