I don’t like sunroofs. Open it and it’s noisy.

I only open it on surface roads, I can't stand open windows on the highway.

Opened my shades today just because of this thread lol

We got 5 inches of rain with our recent storm in San Jose. I checked my sunroof today for leaks. It's high and dry (for now)!

The interior looks solid. Still not sold on the exterior.

I would just get a Camry.

Camry won't be nearly as fuel efficient...

BUT, most people do just get a Camry which is why Prius sales have diminished so much.

the Camry is made in the US. Likely cheaper. Easier to compare to a gas model. For Toyota, what difference does it really make? As long as they are buying either or Camry makes sense for some…same with Prius

Makes no difference for Toyota, as long as they’re buying Toyotas…

and now…. Toyota can charge a premium for the new Prius. The car is more aspirational because of the styling. It’s more of lifestyle type vehicle with the branding. The Corolla and the Camry pick up those who want the fuel economy and cheaper price point

It seems like were running out of topic to discuss on the '23 Prius?

What I want to know more is the solar roof to charge while parked.

I believe they had this option in the previous JDM prius market and it wasn't efficient and not worth it (a $12k? option I believe).

The engine is a generic 4 cylinder engine. Has very good HP ratings and excellent fuel economy. But drawbacks are noise
