I cancelled the service plans which includes tire and wheel protection and dotguard service last month. The plan administers have confirmed with me the cancellations were completed and the check already sent out to my lienholder, which should be lexus financial service. (i was on the lexus's auto loan)
But till now, I called the lexus financial service, they said they still have not received the refund checks and even can not see those cancellation info in my account. Wondering if anyone has the same situation and know what should I do to track it. And how long does Lexus usually need to process the cancellation of service plans and refund?
