Maybe? That's odd to me since I would assume it's built to withstand that and kill the gears/shafts not the case, I know in the vipers that power shifting is common and it never does that. You only need to have a spare trans ready to swap in when 1-3 loses syncros

Thats really basically on the white civic. He had clearly slowed down way below the speed limit/average speed on the roadway, and he was not paying attention to anybody else around him merging left into traffic that was going much faster than he was.

I see people do stuff like this all the time, they're lost and they're not paying attention to their surroundings trying to figure out where they're going. Really pensive/overly defensive drivers also behave this way. I was behind one in an old Prius (of course) just today, people just desperately trying to get around her going 35 merging into the right lane of an interstate highway. You can't safely merge into traffic going 35-40 MPH slower than that traffic is going. If you're not confident driving at highway speeds you shouldn't drive on the highway

People who are lost forget that they CAN miss an exit and take the next exit and turn around. They don't need to endanger everybody on the road to make their turn.

but the corolla hatch (i think that's what it is) swerved left at the last second and completely cut off the CH-R
