Oh I agree drugs are not universal. But the sheer number of people on them today, young and old, is shocking....probably the worst since so many of my generation (fortunately, not me) used them in the 1960s.

i think you'd prefer my stoned driving... i'm generally more content to be stuck behind someone without feeling the need to pass at the earliest opportunity

Most Americans are just not good at driving. Our driver education system is not good. I am old enough that when I was learning, cellphones and other distractions weren’t a think. Still, most don’t pay attention anyway. Most do not plan ahead. How often do you see the last second, ‘oh I missed my exit’ driver cut across multiple lanes? It’s every day here.

A lot of these drivers buy crossovers or SUVs so they feel safe. Great, but who’s gonna protect us from them?

i think the road test is pathetic and irresponsible... involves 0 time on the highway, 0 time at night, and people in my high school class more than anything were concerned about THE PARALLEL PARK (dun dun dunnnnn....)

that being said we're still much better than countries like india where you can pass your road test despite being a passenger in an entirely different car than the one doing the road test lol

I agree 100% on this, drives me crazy and most do it for no reason at all. A lot of times there is no one in front of them and they feel the need to move over and I have to hit the brakes and then they don’t keep up with the car in front of them. Dumbest move ever.

Not only that, but in India, driving is done in some machines, like this Tata Nano, that it would be a real stretch to call them automobiles.

Probably the closest thing we have in the U.S. to something like this is the Smart-for-Two.

I was getting on the freeway to come home from work today, and noticed traffic was stopped at the bottom of the on ramp because one person at the front had come to a complete stop waiting for an opening to get in. Infuriating.

In Virginia near Richmond, some drivers would stop at the top of an on-ramp. It complicates things.

Love it! Only watched the two videos you posted, but kinda surprised that he doesn't ticket even the really egregious ones. I get (and appreciate) that it's primarily an educational campaign so he lets most folks off, but that dude with the trailer totally deserved it.

Been a while, but I had two of these in the same day!

Watch the silver Highlander, he of course is on a handheld cell phone, riding people's bumpers...watch for the end

This lady rolls her stop sign at about 10MPH and never thought to you know, look for traffic. Got a nice loud horn...

I can't for the life of me understand why people are still holding their cell phones in their cars in 2024..... Bluetooth/Car Play/Android Auto is incredibly easy to pair.

This isn't great to report but they're looking at their phones and texting bc Apple play won't show the text messages for you to read.

A proper horn honk requires pressing down hard on the horn button until the driver wakes up.

However, usually a middle finger is thrown back at you as they show their true colors. Haha

He was talking on his phone to his ear.

And just let CarPlay read you the text messages, thats the whole point. Works incredibly well.
