So here's the video. Funnily enough this is around the corner from where I posted the original video of the woman and her dog almost getting mowed over.
Road construction with flagmen. You can see the oncoming car stops for the Slow sign, and goes on the STOP sign. You cant really tell from the video, but it was definitely not the flagman's error...

^^^^^Where was that video taken? Row houses of that type are typical of D.C.

My friend had this land in is front yard on Saturday. Apparently, when it rains in SoCal, trucks just end up on their sides in peoples' yards.

Look at the rear passenger side tire of that truck. Easy for the driver to lose control in wet conditions with tread like that.
