I completed all my training to get me Real Estate license.
Now I can stop thinking about passing the state exam and focus on more important things like which intake should I get

Way to go Jim... Glad to hear that.. I cant wait till i get my job too.. Hopefully i will find out tmrw.. Then the new car comes in a couple months.. YAY

yo jim, congrats man!! maybe you can get me some info so i can get mine. right now i'm helping a couple people i know get some real estate and i'm getting 2% off the top just for doing all the leg work
but i think it would be a good side job for me
oh and i'm getting into mortgages too with my brother, he opens up shop in april

Holy cow I made my first sale tonigt

I got my business cards today at 1:00 pm and help my brother buy a house that sits on two lots for 350k in Wheaton, They were listed for 299,000 but several bids came in over that and we out bid the last guy by 15k to get them
It was not easy very stressful when your doing this type of buying and selling. We closed the deal at 9:00 pm at a coffee shop and then I went to Downers Grove to get the last signature and earnest monet check. I'll tell you this much having the Nav in the car is a life saver for sales people.
Enough bragging my wife just told me I have to deposit 1/2 in commissions in the baby account
