You guys know of any good muffler welding places near norridge/harwood heights ? I am going to need to get some mufflers welded onto the gs soon and am afraid of someone doing it wrong. Thanks
Got my mufflers welded at Iggy's today, got there 8 am and left 10 am. They did a great job, good welding, can't see my hangers and placement is perfect. Job was a bit on the expensive side at $159 total but i think it was a decent price.
$159 is a lot. From my understanding they should be cheaper than that. Maybe they charged you more because you didn't get pipes or mufflers from them. At least they did a good job aligning everything.
well it took the guy 2 hours, he was taking his time though. He had to make a 1 foot extention pipe with 2 bends in it. I thought it was a bit much too, but when i asked some friends they said it seemed about right.
