Notes from our meeting............


-3 Month ++++ lead time before Meet

-check in desk at entrance /number cars /-get free raffle ticket

-Clear all parking in used car lot [ holds 150 cars]

-assign specific areas for each brand

-more food and drinks /wrist band at registration to qualify

-more classes of tropies per line of models

-Advertising on all the forums

-more raffle prizes / bigger ones

-Role call on the forums to estimate numbers.

-Stereo competion SPL SQ contest

-Cashier for phone calls/ parts customers [parts open for sales]

-Displaying Parts for sale

-banners out front for display IE Elmtoy, TRD, Toyota Motorsports,etc


-Selecting Judges ahead of time

-Annoucing who the judges are:
{Josh Morey judge #1}

-Suggestion box

-When post ask for suggestion on what they would like to see

-Hotel accomidation's @ Amerisuites [next door]

-Time of the event 11am to 5pm ???on a Sunday

-Truck guys? invite

-TRD / Motor sports/ Elmhurst Toyota Scion Banners

- Contact The Daily Herald to add our car show in the "Car Club Calendar" section, located in the Thursday Edition of the Auto Preview Section.

Vendors available to attend : Hann Race Craft, Autometer, American Racing, Motegi, Sound Performance, Automotosports, Possibly TRD/USA, Torco Fuels, Keystone Automotive etc

4th Annual Car Show

Date: Sunday, July 10th Time: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: 440 W. Lake Street Elmhurst, IL 60126

Pre-registration via e-mail to eparts@elmhursttoyota.com by July 8th.
(Bring completed registration form to event with $8.00 admittance fee)
or
At-Gate registration from 11:00-2:00 day of event.
(Complete form at gate with $10.00 admittance fee)

Admittance fee includes:
Two wristbands for food (Old Fashioned Barbeque with hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, pop, etc.)
Two raffle tickets (Over $2,500 worth of prizes!)

Additional wristbands for food are $5.00 each. Additional raffle tickets $1.00 each.
Event t-shirts will be available for $10.00 each.

Elmhurst Toyota’s Property is for show car parking only. Spectators can park across the street or at the hotel lot located east of the dealership.

Out-of-town travelers can get discounted rates at Springhill Suites, located east of the dealership. Room rates are $69.00 per night. Group code: etcs (contact by 6/17)

Trophies will be handed out at approximately 4:00 p.m.
There will be 40 trophies awarded!!

There will be three trophies awarded for the following classes:

Best Exterior Best Interior Best Engine Best of Show
Best Old School Best Make Best ICE

Motor Sports Unlimited will be videotaping this event! D.J. spinning tunes all afternoon!
