I haven't gone to any shops in gurnee, but actually when I had my tires put on at Just Tires, they did a pretty good job at aligning my LS. The alignment was wayyyy off when I bought it. And since I got new rims and tires on, I figured I'd just get an alignment done too. The one I went to was in Deerfield. Waukegan and Lake cook Rd. They have the high tech laser alignment machine there so they were able to make sure it was aligned and balanced properly. Others might have more personal shops they can recommend though.

Hunter seems to be the name in tire balancing machines.

Upper right tab has a local dealer locater tab ... Locate a GSP9700

Our local tire supplier has this brand and I have had very good results.

Try the independent shop Axel's Automotive in Lake Bluff right on 41 and Buckley. It is owned the Knauzes, who are related to the dealer people in Lake Bluff. They actually have a brand new prototype Hunter machine that only a few people in the country have.
