So I have my car, and my passenger side headlights are really bad (Fogging). I plan on getting new headlights for both driver and passenger.

I might as well take this opportunity to to a HID retrofit. So let me get this right, I need the following:

New clean headlights
TSX projector lenses, ballasts and D2S bulbs
custom made bracket for the projector lenses

Who sells those brackets? and where in Chicago will someone do this for me?

What kind of car is this for? I made my own retrofits for my honda del sol, but not for the lexus yet. Your best help would be found here www.hidplanet.com theyre all about retrofits.

why dont u refinished them by wetsanding and plastX.... check out the detailing section

 

So I could do that and just buy the HID kit that comes with the projector from www.hidplanet.com and just have a shop install it?

 

well im saying instead of buying new headlights, i dont know who will do your retro tho... i wish i knew how

 

did you check out their forum? or are you looking at their main page. Their forum is full of guys who do retros.
