What time are we shooting for? Want to say around 3pm?

 

Unfortunately I'm working on the 20th.... but 27th is good for me.

 

Every year we have a BBQ meet. Few years back when we had a pretty good group, we had a sponsored BBQ meet. Some 70 to 100 people showed up. Good old times. Maybe if we get a lot of people this year we can do a sponsored meet.

 

That would be cool. I'm pretty sure we can get them to put up whatever we want.

 

my mom told me that woodfield lexus might be closed on the 20th.

 

Yes its a Sunday! So it wont be open for business but wont have anything to do with what we are doing.

I forgot the 20th was a Sunday. I sent an email to see if they want to make room for us anyway. I'll advise in the morning.

To avoid scheduling conflicts, I don't commit to plans until location and dates are set to events.

Once a date and location is firmed up, I'll post up if I'm free.

It"ll be great if a dealership throws out some goodies....But there is a line between CL and the dealership...They wont be getting advertisement on the website, other than the pics members throw up here after. I've talked with Ed and Randy over there about doing things with the forums in the past...I wouldn't get my hopes up for some major spread from them.

But Woodfield gets my over the other Lexus Dealers around here.

 

What would we need to sponsor? The parking lot? I suggest we meet up the first time and have one big meet/BBQ and invite everyone we can. I think that would be the best. Not to mention then we could look for sponsors.

 

How about 20th, at 3 pm (so every one can wake up) at... Bussie Woods?

 

So is this open to stock and modify lexus? just wondering i know it's a stupid question but i'm new to this.if so count me in.
