Good Dealerships around chicago
One of my friends lives in Wheeling and is interested in buying her first Lexus.
She went to Arlington Lexus and thought they were flat out rude.. also visited Bredemann and said the service was a bit better...
Does anyone have any feedback on a good dealership around that area?
Thanks!

Woodfield Lexus was good, James H. is my sales person. The service is great.
BTW, I went to Arlington Lexus and had to sit around for a while (back in '05 when I purchased my IS350). I wound up buying from Woodfield.

I bought my ISF from Bredemann. My family has bought a bunch of cars their too. So I know a few sales peeps and their tech guy Josh was really cool and extremely knowledgeable about pretty much all the accessories you could ever want.

James @ Woodfield for Sales.
Ed Vail @ Woodfield for Service....Period. If he's not there, make sure who ever you deal with knows you wanted to see Ed.
He and Jame are both familiar with CL. Not that they are going to cut you a deal on a brake job. But your car will be perfect when its done.

I wouldn't go to Arlington for anything eventhough its 5 min from my house. Bought mine from Woodfield and can't say anything bad about them. Ed in the service dept is great......

James at Woodfield is great...he was part of my deal when I purchased my 250, and I would definitely recommend him. I've dealt with a bunch of service people there and Ed is definitely the best...

Looks like I found my answer, I will not go to Arlington Lexus, although I live 10 minutes from there. I'll try Highland and Woodfield. Can anyone give me an idea of what they paid from either of these dealers?
