Just wondering. If you don't know what Linkedin is, it's a professional networking site. I've always been detered from the facebook or myspace crowd, but this site is strictly for career networking....pretty cool if your into that stuff.

Vik interviewed for a research position at UOP(Honeywell) where Jason(jmkinag) and I work. He said he would find out this week if he got the job

this is a professional networking site. Keeping it professional is key otherwise the intent of this site will degrade. I'm self-employeed so I use this site to network and also to research companies and resources.

Many of the top companies and recuriters use this to find the best of the best. Some of the job postings are high end jobs as well.

It is a great way to keep in touch with professional, it also is an excellent professional networking tool when your researching out to other professionals who may be able to give you some insight about the company or management etc...




If your in IT and in development, Send me a PM with your linkedin name and I'll link you in. I receive on a daily basis 30-50 solitication and 50% are programming roles, jsp.net.asp.pnp etc... I don't program anymore and I can forward these to you.
