It took a LOT of follow up and work. The part w/ Lexus was minimal, just a lot of phone calls to make sure the food & stuff was going to be there. The rest was the most time-consuming, following up w/ members and of course Matt paying the fee!
Now that I'm working I don't have time to do this kind of thing, which is why I didn't volunteer to be involved in the summer meet.

Thanks Vik, I got to tell you, it's the best meet I ever went to as well.
So many cool people and so many cool cars. I had no idea Supra's were such cool cars. But then I thought Lexii sucked until I got my IS350.

guys I got a PM and a good idea to help out with this...Paul I think also got the PM.
If you go to the Socal Section, I believe they are the ones, who are doing the EOS and they have the sig all done up.....I am sure you can see what I mean if you havent already!
Who can take care of this for the Chicago group so we all change to the same sig and have it link to our thread. Either Paul's thread or mine. More activity for the short notice and all and I sure hope someone is good with that kind of stuff and will help us out. I am going on 4 days with NO sleep and about as much as I can push myself here. Glad the wife and baby are coming home tomorrow and that I am finally home myself. I may get a little sleep before work and hope to have a nice relaxing weekend to get some energy back!
Just post up if you can do this for everyone and you create it how you want it!!!

UPDATE:
I emailed a close friend/old co-worker of mine. His wife owns her own catering business and I sent an email to get some prices and options for the Saturday meet so we can have food. I will wait to see what McGrath comes back with for Sunday's portion of this meet. They have a grill at the dealer so probably makes more sense to have a bunch of meats to Grill out and enjoy the cars and meet new people.
