Why don't you contact Woodfield Lexus? Maybe James wants to be involved?

If they say NO to Paul today then you can contact James. I believe you and Matt have the relationship with James?? I left him some messages in regards to buying a car about a month back and only got one message and I left him a few after and never heard back
So check back tonight and if Paul or I post that McGrath is a no go then who ever wants to take charge of that please do. I dont have time to start to chase someone else at this time

A very PUBLIC thanks to James Hebinck of Woodfield Lexus for coming through again. He did a great job for the last meet and is coming through again for this meet. He was contacted at the very last minute and once again stood up to the plate.
I think we should all show our appreciation by patronizing him whenever possible.

Is there a deadline for voting to inform the number of guests?? I guess it is just so we know how much food to bring right?

Thanks Gaugster. I posted over on my.IS. I would like to have everyone vote in if they are coming by Tuesday. So please vote by then! This is done so Woodfield Lexus can allocate money and plan for how much food/drinks to have.

Actually, thank you Vik. Without his efforts the meet would not have happened. All I did was make a call after Vik asked me to do so. Then James stood up and hit the home run.
Yes, as I stated in the meet thread, please thank James from Woodfield Lexus for making this happen! They saved the meet and did it on such short notice.
