UPDATE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are hundreds of more pictures on my myspace with more detail of the weekend, if you'd like, feel free to add me (link in signature). I was shaking a bit when I said it, she cried, I cried. It was beautiful.
How it went, I got there that morning, hung out with her until she had to go home, later around 5pm her best friend came by to help me set up, we had to rearrange a lot of furniture in that room to make it how I wanted it. Went and bought some extra drinks, and more candles and went to Bath and Body works for some soap bubble things for the tub, and got some roses and orchids(her favorite flower). Lastly, I went and got a box to put all the pictures you see in the middle of the pictures in there.
Later that night around midnight, her best friend left to go pick up his girlfriend and my lady, but he dropped my lady off saying he needed to talk to his girlfriend, so she let herself inside the hotel, where then she called me to ask what room number I was in. I told her and she came up.
As I opened the door I said she had to close her eyes because I was "doing something", so she did and I led her to the chairs, sat her down, and had her open her eyes, the look on her face was pretty much :O .. she had no idea still, I told her it was just something I put together, as a celebration, and she asked "celebration for what" and I said, "every day with you". Then I held her hands and told her of our life's journey together so far, and how even sometimes our lives as individuals may puzzle the other, that I was hoping, "as a team", that she could figure out "one last puzzle for me". And that is when I handed her the leather box with all the pictures I snapped of her weeks back at our "photoshoot", and she didn't know what was going on since she had no idea, but then she slowly caught on..
Tears began to pour, along with.. "Oh my God, Jeff.. Oh my God.. I love you.." I cried, she cried.. and that's when I told her, there was no guy in this world, prouder than me to have someone as amazing as her in my life, that I fall in love with her all over again each time I see her.. and when it comes time to go back home, it's the hardest thing in the world for me to do, but that no matter where I am, where she is, what we are doing, in my heart, she's always been there, and without her, I wouldn't be the guy I am today, my life wouldn't be the same without her.. I.. wouldn't be the same without her.
I dropped down on one knee, and asked her to marry me..
-- well I am sure you guys could guess by now by the sound of things.. she said yes.
