technically wasn't it a hit and run? he hit the car and ran. never left a note. i believe accidents have to be reported by a certain time. if he doesnt want to admit it .. i would rather get him on a hit and run charge. so it ****s him over for being a douche bag. especially what he called your mom, but hey thats me.
