sorry I wont be there tomorrow. text me on what you got the phone for. I just want a touch phone or the BB curve but it has to work on the Verizon network. I wont spend a lot of $$ on a phone anymore. Done it one to many times. If you get the new BB touch for a good deal I am all over it. I will just sell the Pearl for 100$ and its in perfect condition and all updated in software.

^Honestly its a great phone. But I'd rather have my non-blackberry style operating system phone. I don't use it for business and I since its unlocked I cant take advantage of the 3g network. As for the storm being used for Verizon, its as simple as flipping a switch. All you have to do is change the mobile network setting to GSM to another. (Through "Manage Connections")

Thanks Bill- Yea I may just do that unless Jeff can find one for less with or without the contract. I am not changing service and I could careless about the contract. Only thing is I am paying much less then what the new contract would be. I pay half of what the BB unlimited package is due some promo when I changed phones. I dont want to loose that and I started to do it on line last night and it wants me to select all the options again. I would only assume they will not let me continue with the promo I have if I do that vs if I just get the phone myself?

What network are you on? I have the x1a which works on the AT&T 3G Network, x1i only had one 3G band for AT&T and none of the x1's have 3G that works on T-Mobile.

As posted above. I'm on a GSM (cingular/att) network.

I'm getting the x1i, I know it's a tad bit but I am not complaining, especially for it being brand new and a phenomenal price.

Are you getting the black one? I I wish I would have got the black one but right now the x1a only comes in silver. 3G is a must so thats the only reason I didnt get the x1i.

craigslist is probably your best bet. ive purchased many phones through craigslist.. just make sure you check around the whole phone and make sure its flawless. or with minor stuff on it. i see that craigslist now has 2 for 580
