^ I've bought maybe 5-6 phones in the past year so I kinda know the guy... and its pretty easy to spot a fake-azz China POS. Plus, in the almost 2 years I've been shopping on Devon, I have yet to find a fake.
Anyway, the X1a only comes in silver. Might wanna see whats up with yours Jeff. Maybe the seller did a case swap with the X1i.

Tried out my phone a couple days ago and it works great, it just sucks on battery life. I cannot even leave the phone on overnight as it dies!!
