just called him and am getting a confirmation email of everything sinc eit was through paypal (yahoo) so yep. we shall see what happens.

got my refund.
got my shirt
got an extra shirt as well.
Yay for me, the original shirt was for my fiancee, and since I spoke with the owner directly he sent another shirt free.

At least in the end he took care of me and even gave a bonus.
I may do business with him again.
