drifting.com store issue.
I am writing here to ask a question to you guys since it's not the first time this has happened but the second.
(drifting.com) store.
I ordered a t-shirt through this site almost 3 weeks ago with no updates on it being sent and I have emailed as well as called repeatedly with not one call or email back with an answer.
I've been very patient since this is the second time this has happened, the money has been deducted from my account already and I have received nothing and I've checked with the proper shipping companies (have friends that work there).
I would like to know if any of you guys can reach the person for me before I decide if I should contact me dad who works for the IRS and knows people in the Better Business Bureau.
I would like to get this issue resolved soon before going to the proper authorities.

Just call your CC or Your BANK if its a debit card and let them handle it tell them you never got the items that where ordered and they have not responded to your many calls and emails. Its that simple and you sit back and let them take care of it. They will reverse the charges through the dispute and if they cant resolve it then you have your money back No need to involve your Dad or the BBB.

I mean, I only have a confirmation email, and it has no updates on my items, with no tracking number..

Just call them and tell them you want to dispute it and you never got the product and after many calls and emails you still have nothing. You dont need to do anything more then that. At least I never did in the past. I had this happen a few times and let my CC take care of it. I only pay with my CC if I dont know who it is just for that reason.

like Mike said, just call the bank or CC company and tell them you want to dispute a charge. They'll ask for the place you purchased from, the amount, and why you are disputing and they'll take care of the rest. I disputed something with my AMEX card and I was able to file a claim online, and two weeks later I went to check the status and the money was credited back to my account.

So they finally emailed me back, saying "their ink was out of print" and have issued a full refund (have yet to see it on my bank statement), and asked when I called, and etc etc...
Not ordering from them again.

ironically they just got back to me.
they apologize for lack of communication and are refunding my money as well as shipping out the shirt for free...
