I do all these things on the side. no big.
He bought the stuff, I did it for him, well I sorta told him what to get, and just met up with him at friend's house then did it for him.
easy.

you can either one
1. leave it on
a. spray with brake cleaner
b. sand it down (600-800 grit)
c. mask off with newspaper and/or tape
d. spray away - mild distance in short even strokes
e. (applies if you use brush) paint over in edges
f. do about 5-6 coats and 2 coats of clear
2. take apart, take caliper off rotor
a. follow steps a, b, d, e, and f

Get the DupliColor kit. It will have the brake cleaner and paint, also get a 1" brush from the store. The pain brush they give you sucks. Unless you have rust going on no need to sand it. This kit also has ceramic in the paint unlike the spray can
This will hold up much longer with out having to respray. Ask Brian231
Why do you want to remove it
You can apply paint over it if that is what you are looking to do. I suggest you paint over it but just prep it (alcohol swab pads/very fine sand paper to ruff it up) All depends on what you are doing

Want them ready for the rims when they come in. Here is what they will look like and how Brian231 and I did them on my IS with the Dupli Kit
Man I cant wait for my rims to come in. Driving the GS on winter tires yesterday they did not like it
First time I have heard my tires be loud. I could just hear the tread melting away
