They are slightly smaller but the rolling diameter is really close. You give one direction for another direction so its close. I would think its the same size OEM tire on your car as mine and the winter set up maybe different. TireRack had a different size for me to run but I was lowered so I stayed with the OEM spec size. ^ From previous jobs at Tire Shops. The tires will fit. I've seen people do +1 and +2 sizes on OEM wheels. Just remember it's a 18' tire & also the tires are run flats which makes the sidewalls even thicker than usual. You shouldn't have a problem and you can't beat the price for OEM Runflats w/ Low and I mean Low miles on them. I've seen these tires in person. Great tires for a STEAL of a price.

To add to that, I've seen people put too small of a tire on too WIDE of a rim. Like a 225 on a 9.5 inch rim I was amazed on how it was done. But just remember that .5 isn't to much of a difference.
