That's the one Vik LOL. Saw it today and at least once a week going to work in Glenview NB on 294. Really can't go that fast anyway in the morning in that mess of construction that has been going on for 3 years but that is a whole different issue!

After July 1 you will start seeing a lot more of those vans the state needs money and they need it very quickly be safe

I just heard that in the very near future they are also going to start using the IPASS system to record how fast you get from toll to toll and can start issuing tickets for that. It is already implemented in other states and they track it here now, they just don't issue citations for it yet. I was in traffic school (oops, hehe) and the teacher was talking about states that do it and how the ticket price varies on how many minutes it takes between tolls for the cost of the ticket! Yeah, big brother is watching!

Although it is easy to mathematically calculate speed with the passing of two fixed points, I have heard it is falacitical at this point. I did hear this back in 1998, but no one could verify this being true. I hope this does not take effect.
