^ Yes it did. Let this be a lesson for all... do NOT run your cars thru an automatic car wash!!!!! Those brushes are killer!!!!
Most of the car needed a 2 step polish but the some side panels got a 3 step polish.
Here are the before's

As you can see, some of the side panels didn't even look black anymore! Also, the b-pillars were a mess. I think Habeeb said the car had never been detailed before but there were some buffer trails.
Anyway, here are some progress pictures:
After a 2 step polish on the fender.
B-pillars after 1-step
Upper rear door after 2-step.

Now onto the after pictures. 1 layer of Zaino Z5/2 mix was applied followed by a wipedown with Z6 and Z8.
The sun wasn't out so no sun shots but I did get some nice reflection shots.

Has to be hands down the best detailer around Chicago. The amount of prep. work and the sheer number of hours it took to get all of those swirls out was crazy. I have to give mad props to Jason for taking out the time and even making sure every detail was perfect.
It's a night and day difference and being a black car it really stands out, probably look's better than it did off the showroom floor in 2002 if you ask me
I will take some more pics in the sun and post them tomorrow, great guy and great work!

M105 dusts A LOT. SIP worked just as well and didn't dust as much so its my go to now. For finishing, M205 on a white pad is king. Gonna try 106FA on my next detail (Suja 1's CRX going to HIN!).

Yeah it does. We used to use it at the shop back in the day and we would have to spend an extra hour getting all the dust out of the rubber seals. Let me know how the 106FA works Good job

^ You probably weren't using the new formula... were you? Still dusts like crazy. I tape off the seals... waste of tape but it saves time. If its too bad, I'll rinse before LSP.
Thanks.
Thanks.
