I've sent you a PM about closure to this issue and expect you not to create threads or posts about it in the future. Since you chose to create one, I'll close it with an explanation to members.

I haven't banned your account, but because of your lack of willingness to work with (or even communicate with) another member to resolve an issue with a sale you made to him your ability to buy and sell on our forum has been removed.

I didn't ask anything unreasonable of you - just talk to the guy and consider splitting the cost of the damage to the item with him. I understand if you choose not to participate in CL any longer, but I feel I offered an easy and fair option to resolve the problem. We do take action when members cause problems in classified sales on our forum and do not work in good faith to fix those problems.

If you reconsider working with the guy to resolve this problem, start a post in the site suggestions and question forum asking me to contact you and I'll let you know how to reach me to discuss.
