I just bought a 2020 UX 250h from Highland Park Lexus. I began via the website, and ended up texting with Erin about two possible cars. She took care of preliminary discussions and then handed me off to David Kay; I got a lift over to the dealership and worked with him. He was amazing. He was very nice, very friendly, didn't try to upsell me on any crap, and worked with me so I could pick one of the two.

No service experience with them yet, but the sales process was pleasant and smooth. Unless something changes, I will almost certainly get my next car there.
