Who can convert a PDF file from Japanese to English this so I can read it

I have the file hosted from my GMAIL account if your able to help out I would greatly appreciate it. I tried a few sites but the file size was too large.

I was not able to convert the text. I tried everything possible that I can think of. Ill be in touch soon.

The Portable Document Format created by Adobe is set-up it a way that does not allow altering. I don't think any programs exist that will transcribe or interpret PDF data.

LOL, I had a printed document. Scanned document into PDF, convert PDF to jpeg, used japanese OCR and converted the Japanese text

It the text is clear enough for the OCR, then it can be converted...no matter what format.


Anyhow, I almost wanna send you my whole kit to expedite your work. Also, are you serious about power? remember our skinny rods.
