Just saw the thread asking for remote starter advice. My request for help is a bit more specific. I had a Viper Smart Start installed by a local shop and the performance of the system has been less than stellar. Is there a shop in the Chicago area, you trust, that is familiar with Viper and could check out this less than desirable installation? It's in an RX450h.
