My car has dings and small dents from grocery getting and city parking and I absolutely HATE them. I'm trying to "ball on a budget" and fix everything on my car properly for a reasonable price. If you know a reasonably priced shop/person that can remove dents well and that won't dig a deep hole in my pocket please post it up here. I'm just outside of Chicago on the northwest side and willing to travel for the right deal. Thanks in advance.

I actually met this dent guy at my body shop.. he comes into Palatine once a week to fix minor dents on their cars at the bodyshop. I had a piece of plywood fly up at me on the expressway and put a nice big dent in the fender of my last car. He worked his magic and got it out with no paint work needed! I was amazed.

Thank you for the reply. Belvidere is about an hour outside of Chicago so perhaps I could catch him at your body shop in Palatine? PM me the name of it if you don't mind. Palatine is much closer to me than Belvidere. Keep em' coming guys.

The shop was A&L body. It worked out well when I was there because the body shop guys removed my bumper so he could really get behind my fender and then they buffed the spot for me too. Charged a little more, but it made it quick and easy. From what I recall this dent guy travels all over for his work, I am pretty sure its a mobile business out of his truck. I'd imagine he'd come into the area for you, give him a call to feel him out and get prices.
