I also added the weekend dates for either Sunday or Saturday.

Im also open to having it at a local vendor or tuner shop assuming they would like to host our event. Not looking to attend a multi forum meet so we don't have the any nonsense and a mature crowd.

Once I get an accurate head count for what day I will contact and have Matt help me with the dealerships to see what we can possibly arrange. Another option is to have it at the parking lot in Naperville were Lexus Central is located off Diehl Rd.

 

Also to have sponsors on site with us Sunday will be easier just an FYI.

ive been wanting to go to one of these in chicago (or near by ) for some time! IM IN .

 

Oh carp...I'm supposed to be in Milwaukee both days. I may have to make some scheduling changes... I won't vote on anything until I can at least make it to one of those days.

 

Im pretty sure im in as long as its a weekend and schaumburg area is good.

 

...I don't think Westmont's going to be too receptive to me walking in there. Since my rear brake fiasco. You probably have more pull with Sr. though. Tell him to drag his LFA out for us to gawk at.

My guess is Busse Woods or Lexus Central in the parking lot. I have no pull at Woodfield or Naperville but I know a few of our members do. Just as long as its a nice open area for us to park and relax I'm in!

I left alpha motors or else I would help host this meet! I just started today as the new car manager of Arlington Acura. I could try talking to Arlington lexus since it is the same auto group and it is right next door. What do u think?
