Default Exhaust installation

I got a new exhaust for my SC300, bought it from a forum member.

3' cat back to borla muffler and then a tip.

I was planning on going to Mexico Mufflers in Wheeling, IL. They did my exhaust on this beast and it came out fine. Only $50 to install cat backs.

Any advice appreciated.

It should just be a bolt on kit why not install yourself?

Outside of this I would just make sure its a trusted place that you know will not mess anything up on your car. Sensors and all kinds of things are very sensitive on our cars and not cheap. Fizz is probably the closest tuner shop that I could suggest that would be able to work on your car with confidence.

If its just a muffler with a tip i dont think sensors are even back there.
For custom fab i recommend touge works but for the value i got work done at vasquez andf assoc. on lake st. They did a great job for rear axle back and even cut and welded the tips that were meant to be screwed in.

minimum of 2 sensors the ABS & Speed Sensor all right there when removing the exhaust. One slip of a tool or anything and you snag that sensor/wire kiss it goodbye. This would be my fear of a muffler shop that isn't familiar with the car. Having the data in the computer means nothing when it comes to knowing a car and what to watch out for. The exhaust part is not hard to install at all and personally I would get someone to help and DIY.
