Sergey's work I have read and seen nothing but great things. His work is really good on rim repair or even changing up colors.
Lights look great, only down fall I think is that this is more permanent so if you want to change I think you would have to replace your lights? This is where the film can be better IMO since you can remove and clean the area if you change your set up or locals are harassing you for the darker light housings.
Umbra I have read and heard great things from locals. Never personally used them myself but don't recall ever reading anything negative about their work. Higher priced shop in the burbs, typical in the burbs from my experience, but great work for those not wanting to commute to the city.
