Getting closer guys!
Well guys, wanted to give an update of the project.
My motor is being shipped out on Tuesday of next week. I picked up a 98 US Spec 2jzgte motor with 30k miles! It truly was a lucky find. I just didn't want to deal with upgrading the jspec motor to match the us potential. Anyways, I'm thinking of having the manifold polished, because I've got a polished upper radiator pipe, and the fmic pipes are polished as well. I want it to look sharp.
Sitting in my garage are my downpipe, boost controller, gauges, bcc, filter, clutch, trd motor mounts, and some other odds and ends.
The wiring harness/rewiring is all complete as well, lets just say I'm very good at soldering now I just need to connect it to the motor.
FMIC should be done in about a week or two, and finally, I'll have to drive it to my buddies shop for the custom exhaust, trying to go with 3.5" from the dp then splits to 2.5" to dual ATR mufflers.
I'll let you guys know when I'm dropping the motor in your more than welcome to come check it out. I'm just looking forward to firing it up for the first time, and yes Chris, coming to some meets this year
By the way, I'm also going to be adding a set of Braid wheels and Wise front lip and skirts over the next couple months.

If you can do it cheaper, and have someone do it for you, that truly is a STEAL!!! Do it!
I like doing my own work, only because I know if something goes wrong, it's my fault, and I know what kind of work I do
Either way, it's not a cheap process if you do it right. I just happen to be adding a few goodies, fmic, fluidyne, boost controller, etc.. I'm sure there are ways to cut the cost of doing it, but I chose a certain route for a specific reason.
You better get crackin Chris, only about a month to catch up
Terry, the tt motor in your car WOULD be sweet!!

I have a firm date. 3 months! The guy will do US-spec engine and 6 speed getrag. From what I hear he's doing a great job!
Terry,
He could do your GS, if it's a GS300. Engine swap!
